STORE POLICY
All products sold at Lashes by Shan are final sale. All products are non-refundable.
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective and/or damaged of their original state. Lashes by Shan is not responsible for items that have been damaged due to shipping services.
We only ship to billing addresses. Please ensure that shipping and billing addresses are same when placing an order. Orders will different shipping and billing addresses will be cancelled. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping confirmation to be sent via email. All orders are shipped using Canada Post or Fedex and can be tracked using the personalized tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping orders to be processed. Once orders have been shipped out, the shipping time frame begins from that day onwards. Shipping and processing time frames are separate from one another. During busy time periods, such as holiday seasons and product sales, please allow for additional time to process all orders. There will be no refunds, returns of exchanges given due to the delay in processing times.
Once packages are handed off to shipping carriers, Lashes by Shan is no longer responsible for the package. Lashes by Shan is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Any questions or concerns regarding the location of package, must be directed towards the shipping carrier. Any questions or concerns regarding the contents or quality of package must be directed towards Lashes by Shan.
Do not place last minute orders. Lashes by Shan is not responsible for the delivery time of packages or any delays that shipping carriers may be experiencing. Please ensure you place your order in a timely manner in according with possible shipping delays. This applies to pick-up orders as well. Do not place last minute orders as pick-ups must be arranged in a timely manner that is convenient for both parties. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded if they are not ready for pickup / shipped out according to the customers terms.
Please ensure you enter the correct address when checking out. If address is incorrect and the shipping carrier returns package to sender, you must repay for shipping costs in order to re-ship order out. There will be no refunds for shipping costs if order is cancelled.
All inventory on website is updated as regularly as possible.
In the case that an item that has been ordered by a customer is out of stock, a suitable replacement item (if available and in stock) or refund for the item will be issued immediately. There will be no refunds issued after the item has already been shipped out.
Pickup orders are ready within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Please wait for the ready for pickup email before requesting to pickup an order. Orders are held for 30 days after pickup email is sent before they are cancelled with no refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
Lashes by Shan is committed to the absolute respect of privacy concerning any information that you agree to provide to us. The need for appropriate management and protection of all personal information given, such as names, emails, addresses, etc. is recognized by Lashes by Shan. Lashes by Shan will not share your information with any third parties outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Email marketing is integrated into the Lashes by Shan website for product updates and store information. If you would like to withdraw any of your personal information from Lashes by Shan at any time, please contact info@lashesbyshan.com.
